After an onsite review of their operation the solution presented by 3B Air Systems was to install an Aget Manufacturing model 807 cyclone with an FH-58 shaker type baghouse. The system was equipped with an AirPro Fan & Blower model IEPW material handling fan with aluminum wheel, pressure relief panels on the cyclone and after filter, industrial grade flanged ductwork and a Boss NRV no-return back blast valve on the inlet duct to comply with NFPA requirements.
